Service

Chat Protège helps create protected copies of photos, PDFs and text before sharing. Detection cannot be exhaustive: users must visually review the result.

Subscriptions

The free plan lets you share 5 items per calendar month. The allowance resets on the 1st of each month, with no rollover. Analysis and editing remain unlimited.

For a photo or PDF, one use is counted when the first verified copy is successfully prepared for sharing or saving, before you choose a destination. For text, it is counted the first time you choose “Copy” or “Share” for the protected result, not when analyzing or viewing the result.

Once an item has been counted, corrections and resends are included while it stays open, even after the allowance is used up. Closing the item, starting new text or importing another item starts a new session: its next export or text copy counts as a new use. Cancelling the share menu does not restore a use already counted.

Once the allowance is used up, analysis and editing remain available. For an item not yet counted in the current session, the preview has a watermark; sharing, saving and copying text are locked until the allowance resets or Premium is activated. An item already counted and still open keeps its included corrections and resends, without a watermark.

Premium removes the sharing limit. Monthly and yearly plans provide the same features. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple. Apple confirms the applicable price before purchase.

Family Sharing depends on Apple’s eligibility rules and settings. A family beneficiary uses shared access without owning the purchase; the purchaser manages the subscription. A purchase awaiting approval, including parental permission, does not activate Premium until confirmed. This feature does not share documents or favourites between relatives.
